The Federation of Cypriot American Organizations honored H.E. Nikos Kotzias, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic, at the 2017 Testimonial Dinner on September 18 in New York City. Minister Kotzias was honored for his contribution to the security and national interests of Cyprus.
