On September 26, 2025, the FCAO

hosted its Annual Testimonial Dinner, recognizing Panos A. Panay, President of the Recording Academy (Grammys), and Dr. Marina Theodotou, Executive Director, Center for Frontier AI Security.

 

 

On May 1st the Federation of Cypriot American Organizations and PSEKA co-hosted

a welcoming reception in honor of Lieutenant General Georgios Tsitsikostas, Chief of the National Guard of the Republic of Cyprus, and his distinguished delegation.

On November 9, 2024, the Federation of Cypriot American Organizations (FCAO)

held its annual National Convention and Scholarship Ceremony. Nine scholarships were awarded to outstanding students of Hellenic descent.

On September 22, the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides,

discussed important issues with the Cypriot American diaspora during a private meeting coordinated by the Federation of Cypriot America Organizations (FCAO). The FCAO Board of Directors, the Chapter Presidents, and community leaders attended the meeting!

The FCAO, PSEKA, AHEPA, and the Cyprus US Chamber of Commerce co-hosted a Πανομογενειακή Συγκέντρωση

on September 22nd on the occasion of the 50th Dark Anniversary of the illegal invasion and occupation of Cyprus, with Keynote Speaker H.E. Nikos Christodoulides, President of the Republic of Cyprus. 

 

The FCAO, in collaboration with PSEKA and the Cyprus–US Chamber of Commerce,

hosted a welcoming reception in Astoria honoring Mr. Nikolas Papadopoulos, President of DIKO.

FCAO Now Accepting Applications – Cyprus Summer Hospitality Program 2026

We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 Cyprus Summer Hospitality Program, organized by the Federation of Cypriot American Organizations (FCAO) in cooperation with the Service of Overseas Cypriots and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus. Taking place from July 13–20, 2026, this special program is open to youth of Cypriot descent from the United States, ages 14–17, and offers a unique opportunity to experience Cyprus’ rich history, culture, and traditions firsthand. Participants will engage in guided visits and cultural activities while building meaningful connections with their heritage and fellow Cypriots. Please note that airfare and travel arrangements to and from Cyprus are the responsibility of each participant’s family; the Federation does not arrange flights. Children who will already be in Cyprus during the program dates are also eligible to apply. Space is limited, and we encourage interested families to apply early.
